Step 1: Initial Consultation –Needs Analysis
Together we consider and discuss in depth a list of questions about your needs, styles, theme, colour, number of guests, budget etc. By the time we have covered the questions, we have amassed ideas of the style and theme of the event.(You will be asked to answer “Basic Information Sheet” as detail as possible)

Before Step 2: Quotation provided in Agreement
When agreed, upon signing the Agreement and receiving the deposit.

Step 2: Planning Consultation – Budget Breakdown, Vendors Search Checklist for, Décor Suggestion
With the information discussed, wedding specialist of ADAMAS Weddings will propose a budget breakdown detailing the expenditure estimated for each of the vendors, submitted along with a proposed Gantt chart for Wedding Countdown, décor, agreement, checklist for vendors and referral to vendors.

Step 3: Planning/ Coordination – Vendors Search and Vendors Coordination
Once we have agreed upon the initial proposal, ADAMAS Weddings will perform vendor search base on your budget breakdown. Upon confirming the vendors, we will coordinate with them and prepare the necessary information sheets including signed contracts. As the big day draws nearer, we will send reminder to all the appointed vendors.

Step 4: Rehearsal
ADAMAS Weddings will provide assistance at the rehearsal with a rehearsal schedule.

Step 5: Ceremony – Wedding Day Service
ADAMAS Weddings will provide assistance and keep things on track with the ceremony schedule.

Step 6: Reception – The Big Day
This is the time when ADAMAS Weddings needs all of your help in gathering your friends and family that can assist at the reception desk, including managing money collection, and ushering guests to their tables. We will ensure that all vendors arrive on time, the décor is in place, the event progresses as planned and we will be there to attend to unexpected problems.

Step 7: Honeymoon – Location Suggestion and Tour Package Search
If you desire, ADAMAS Weddings will plan and book your romantic honeymoon or suggest places where you can spend your romantic moment. We will discuss on the location you dream of having your honeymoon, your budget and the duration of your honeymoon. With the information discussed, we will create a proposed tour package for you
