Weddings Beautiful Malaysia & Singapore Course (WBMS) is conducted as both a Home-Based and Class-Based Programme. Home-Based Programme is only available for the experienced and established planner that would like to add certification to their credentials. The practical sessions will apply to the Class-Based Programme only and is therefore highly recommended option to take to start your journey into the wedding planning industry.
Course Duration:
- Class-Based Programme – about 4 months (Saturday & Sunday) OR 8 months (Sunday Only) OR 4 months (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
- Home-Based Programme – To be completed within 1 year from date of enrolment
Entry Requirements:
- SPM or higher equivalent in education qualifications
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin
- Working adults who have passion in the wedding industry

*Note: The above is subject to change without prior notice. A minimum of 10 students are required for each intake. Content of the courses will be taught based on the languages as mentioned above.
*IMPORTANT: This is not applicable for students in Singapore with the exception of students travelling to Malaysia.
These practical sessions are only available for the WBMS Class-Based Programme. Some highlights of what practical sessions participants can look forward to throughout the course:
- Session with local established gown designer on “Understanding Bridal Fashion”
- Session with renown and leading wedding photographers on “The Role of a Professional Photographer in a wedding”
- Hands-on bridal bouquet making, groom boutonniere and wrist corsage creations
- Setting-up a centre piece for the main table
- Visits to key wedding venues
- Wine tasting (For non-Muslim only)
For most participants, the practical sessions will be one of the most beneficial and unforgettable experiences in the WBMS course under the guidance of Dr Khoo.

Printed Course Materials
Our Printed Course Materials consist of 17 assignments (in Blue and Grey, shown in the photo on the left), Special Edition from WBMS (in Bronze, shown in the photo on the left) and a Questionnaire booklet for 17 assignments & final exam (in white, shown in the photo on the right).
